Even after doing a lot of Personal Development, I still had unconscious patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the profound process of Timeline Therapy I was able to let go of the limiting patterns and move forward with ease.

My initial consult with Nicky was a much needed source of inspiration, as it offered me much needed insight into my present situation, as well as encouragement and guidance into how to move forward. Nicky is incredibly gifted in the art of asking questions and conversing, that is compelling, but in such a caring, gentle way that makes it easy to assimilate and utilise outcomes for your own betterment. I then proceeded with ordering Bach Flower drops, which had an immediate positive effect on so many levels that I can't even describe. I have meanwhile embraced the world of Bach Flower Therapy as a therapeutic tool, l for myself and my family and friends.

I had a lymphatic massage and Vagus nerve session with Nicky, I came in feeling tired and was looking for some well needed R&R. In my session I went in a journey, I felt I was floating yet my body felt heavy (hard to explain). When I got up after my session I felt 10 feet tall, light on my feet, energised, refreshed, tingly and buzzing. The whole experience was non-invasive, relaxing soothing and calming. I absolutely loved it!

"I have been using the lymphatic gloves for 2 weeks now and love them. I use them in the shower so I don't forget and have noticed an improvement already. My legs don't ache after my P.T. training ( which I thought was normal). The scratchy side I find really invigorating and then the metal balls are really soothing. I bought a pair each for my 2 daughters and they were really excited to receive them. One daughter said she uses hers over leggings while watching TV and my other daughter does the same as me and uses them in the shower. She finds the metal rollers on her neck and chest have made a significant difference to her throat and congestion.

We love them and use them religiously.

Nicky has worked with me during several hard periods in my life. Nicky works with you, she listens to what is your major concern at the time and then discusses your feeling that rise up with the issue. Nicky helps by talking you through your emotions and brings these heightened feelings to a level that you yourself can to start to see the issue from a focused and levelled position.

Nicky is amazing! I went to Nicky for a Reiki session initially, but that Reiki session turned into something much more amazing we ended up doing a little bit of everything! Wow, what an awesome journey I've had with Timeline Therapy. I feel so much relief and empowerment. I feel like a different person, having travelled in mind through time and the ages to discover what was holding me back, and the feeling of being able to release those feelings is just amazing!

This was my first time on hearing about Lymphatic massage and Nicky was amazing when explaining the process! During the massage I felt pain decrease throughout the whole time, especially in my legs, which I suffer from compartment syndrome every day! The instant relief was great! I would suggest this massage to all clients as it is an overall magical experience!

I had a Lymphatic Massage today with Nicky. I went into the treatment with tummy discomfort around a 9 out of 10, and left the sewrvice feeling like a 3 out of 10. i felt very comfortable throughout the session and Nicky explained each step very well, educating me what was happening. Her caring nature and knowledge were amazing! I felt like a new woman when I left. Normally i don't feel well after lunch time, but after my massage I felt great. If you are going to invest in your body, you need to invest in her. Nicky worked her magic and I will be an ongoing client of hers.
